Return&Refund
We do not offer returns or exchange on our products due to hygiene and safety reasons. However, we are able to replace or refund any broken or damaged goods. Please let us know within 14 days after receiving your order to ensure we are able to help with your request. Please contact us via our email customerservice@pvanorganics.com include a photo attachment of the broken or damaged goods, order number and specify if you would like a replacement or a refund.
